The basis of many recipes is the valuable extra virgin olive oil D.O.P. of the Garda that is produced on the family farm "Santa Lucia".
Lunch consists of a three-course choice menu or a self-service buffet (high season)
with hot and cold dishes, a bread buffet, salads and fruit.
Dinner with a four-course choice menu, salad buffet, large selection of bread and fruit.
Every week we offer you a pleasant, typical Trentino dinner with dishes from our regional tradition. We are attentive to the tastes and needs of all of our guests with suggestions for children, vegetarians, celiac sufferers and other food intolerances.
Possibility for guests to decide directly in the hotel to have lunch or dinner
with the daily menu for an additional charge.
